Status: offline 		OK gentlemen,I have an 8fg at present with lots of models on it ranging from moulded hotliners to foamies.Will the new 14sg be able to use my SD card from the 8fg with my model memories on.I am guessing it will looking at pics of the software it seems almost identical.By the word "use ",I mean copy my models from one tx to the other,not just use an SD card..thanks..Fg

Status: offline 		You can transfer from the 8FG to the 14Sg, but not from the 14SG to the 8FG.

Status: online 		follow up question.
looking at the 14sg as a back up to my 12z. after moving models to the proper media, sd card, will the 14sg be able to use them?

Status: offline 		Different capabilities. The 12Z has up to 8 conditions in all models, the 14SG has fewer conditions and only in heli and glider models. You won't be able to transfer data from one to the other.
