Have you covered before? If yes what

If no skip the transparent and go solid. Covering takes practice the transparent will highlight the mistakes not seen in solid.  Minnflyer made a great how-to on covering

Transparent coverings are cool and I like them, but they can cause severe disorientation up In the air and out at a distance. So be careful. Maybe you should observe some actual examples that are flying and then decide if transparent covering is for your project.[:)]

I agree with GarySS. I covered a Burrito with transparent red. From the ground it looked like a tight formation of flying sticks.

After losing orientation several times, one resulting in a minor crash, I recovered the bottom of the wings with solid.

I have used red transparent a lot and never had any problems re orientation - but this is on models minimum 72" span.
Red is one of the best for standing out and showing its colour way up particularly against a blue sky
What is model you are building?
