Status: offline 		 A buddy of mine gave me this patern plane this week. He claimed it was a chaos. But I know its not. It looks to me like it's in the phoenix Family. But  I can be sure. I plan on restoring it this winter. It will be nice to know for sure what I'm flying     Thanks

Status: offline 		I am guessing that it is a King Kobra or a Cougar without the turtle deck. If you look at the rear end of the plane, the fuse is completely open to allow for the elevator pushrod to pass through. This is a Kobra/Cougar hallmark. However, if it is either, it appears to have been modified quite a bit: tail dragger, rounded fuse and blended nose/spinner joint.
