A little confused.
Your question is asking about the capacity of a pack to charge?
It started with power supply for charger.

What charger do you use? Size of a pack you can charge depends on charger & input that the charger can hadle.

720iNET3 AD is AC/DC charger. It looks to have maximum charge capacity of 250 Watts. 20Amp max.

Nominal voltage of 5S is 18.5V. 250 / 18.5 is 13.51A. So your charger will not do any higher than 13.51amp on 5S packs

Your power supply will handle up to 3 of these charger charging 5S packs.

You may want to look at Thunder Power 820, 1430 or Revolectrix/FMA PowerLab8 for higher charging capability.
