due to a request I occupied myself with the rollers

Since the wheels very little space to zb. Incorporate ball bearings, I shot a couple of parts to fit on a trim Lathe, then came out the following.

I do think that this solution will be sold through HennTEC.The parts  must be thoroughly tested yet, maybe I can offer these parts in January.

Here I want to introduce you the axles / bushings set for metal casters PzIII.
This set is suitable for the metal rods of the metal lowerhull.





 

The set includes 12 twisted steel axles, 12brass bushings and 12 washers.

This update for the rollers can install any access to a drill press, has a lathe is not necessary.
A reamer 4mm and 6mm drill and a good cutting oil are necessary.




The set can be ordered from the second Week of 2013,

Of course I can do the installation for customers.

the topic of PZ III rock is indeed a broad field, I have taken time for the swing arms of the plastic tub, because they also wanted a lot of craft colleagues who raise gebuchsten metal rollers, but not because of the design of the rocker arms have been possible.

One can but actually very easy to make.

The gate where the rollers run on it was removed, the hole enlarged to 3.5 mm, then the steel axes stuck in the swing arms with Weicon (Loctite) (high resistance).
