i have 2 MCPX's one works fine the other has no negative pitch. how do i ajust the pitch on this little heli

You'll need to set your pitch at midstick to zero pitch...either adjust the servo to swash links (equal turns for all 3 servo's) or make the adjustment in your radio's subtrim for the pitch channel.
