Status: offline 		So you are on here blasting SUSA without giving them a chance to respond and saying it's not SUSA's fault but is the manufacturers fault right. Your video shows nothing but a couple shots of a bubble level, no shot of the wing or what ever it is measuring. Also demanding this and that in the video.

Bob has pretty good customer service but with your attitude good luck.

Status: offline 		You know, that video really doesn't show anything really identifiable. It also isn't very informative.

I got no idea what was being shown in the video and I've built gliders since the 70s.

What you hear however, is a guy who really doesn't seem to understand how the ARF process works. They aren't going to be perfect, they might have problems, and when they do, we start with the LHS (if applicable) or call the retailer or call the manufacturer. It sounds like the guy isn't going to do it if he can blackmail somebody with the video. Maybe not....

but the entire deal here is simply lacking information in it's entirety.

So OK, we got the warning, kewl.....

The video is available....... but nothing much beyond that. so........... as I saw on a cop show the other night, "You'll want to move along, please... nothing to see here...."
