I am not quite clear on the damage but if the plastic posts the screws engage are sheared off, possibly a repair similar to the one I did on one of my Panthers might be the solution.

It is a bit "involved", though but it works.

As you can see it has sheered off the turret

I would find where they match up to/line up and take everything apart and use a 5 minute epoxy to re-secure the posts.

You are going to have to take the tank apart, remove the top from the bottom, to gain access to the the turret ring. The break looks clean, so putting it back together should be pretty straight forward. You can use cyanoacrylate ( super glue) but it won't be as strong as epoxy. Like Panther F said, use 5 minute epoxy, it will help to make the base of the post stronger. Just be careful on how much you use so you don't impede the turret from rotateing.

Yep.  You will need to take the tank apart and re-glue the broken posts.  Other than taking some time it's not a hard process.

Heng Long uses ABS plastic to make their tanks. I bought a StuG III G and three of the posts that hold the upper hull to the lower hull were damaged. one sheered off and the other two cracked. I used Plastruct Liquid glue, it works with ABS plastic, to glue the parts of the posts back together and then I roughed them up with a file on the outside and used 5 minute epoxy to reinforce them. It worked great.
