Status: offline 		Help please, I can't locate a 72-7 crystal for my r105ip Rx.  I can buy the 72-12's all day long.
I do not have a random channel to trade in, so don't suggest the trade in site.
I've scoured E'bay for a week and can only find the dual conversion which i know wont work and the type 72-12 short ones that I'm asking if may work as a 72-7 standard size.

Status: offline 		From our charts, it looks like you can use the Futaba FM 72-12 crystal as a substitute for the old FM 72-7 crystal.

I have all but given up on finding the RX 72-7 type, the hobby store guy thinks I don't know what i'm nutst, he swears the 72-7 is a tx crystal and wrong for my rx,  I expalined to him that I bought the radio new and have never removed any crystals and he just gives me that look. I really should buy  a new system but this one is not quite done for just yet, it has served me well and I even found a second receiver in which this new crystal will power.
