I am building this Seagull extra 260 Arf.This kit comes with descent hardware package as well .Kit is built well lots of wood and they have kept it fairley light but at the same time kept it solid .I like my kits with more wood than some of the more expensive kit company's they like to build them super light. If you have one little bang from hangar rash or a little rough landing well into the shop it goes! Seagull is improvingtheir kits all the time,i also have their Edge 540 with a 1.60 O.SFX has been a good flier and have put many flights on it over the last 3yrs.I do build my own kits as well and will continue to do so in the future.Tell me where you can buy a plane this size for $250.00 and this complete.I can't build this plane for this kind of money.Wingspan 71" fuse 64" Well here is a few of my pics it's coming along. This is my winter project plus repairing my giant Katana.Send in your pics let's keep it going! Sorry will not accept my pics i will try again. They were accepted on another site not sure what the problem is.

Ohio Model Products 33% Extra 300L with DLE 111. This is my second one. The first one has held together well after dozens of hours this year. The new one is getting a few mods to help it get into a hover quicker.

I'm refurbing my 20 year old IKON Stinson Reliant.

The paint is still in excellent condition, but the electronics and wiring needed an up date.

I've got a sig 1/4 scale clipped wing cub and a goldberg Cub on the table. I'm thinking of using the
goldberg to start the fireplace with. This kit really sucks now that it has been TOWERISED.

My work buddy and I are scratch building this Gull Wing from plans, I made a copy of the plans and cut out the pieces, glued to some 1/4 plywood from lowes and cut out with scroll saw, my buddy then took the templates and set them up for his router to mass produce, we ordered the balsa and ply  on line and split costs.
I just got booted out of the family room to the basement ( for Cristmas decorations and tree) so i'm not quite set up yet, I hate it down there, just can't seem to get cozy.
Going to also scratch build another 1/3 scale weeks special 50cc range from plans.

Working finishing up a 1/4 scale, electric, Spacewalker II, then I am seriously considering a Vince Miller Tri-Pacer, converted to electric. Or maybe, I will finish my WesCraft B-17.

Last winter's building season was very productive with the build of an original design that turned out really well. Several options exist for this winter but nothing firmed up yet. My short list of possibilities (have stuff on hand for builds) are a scratch build of a 98" Travel Air 6000, kit builds of BUSA 1/4 Cub or a Sterling PT-17 Stearman, and several arfs including a large Nitro Models Champ, Nitro Models 1/4 Cub, Great Planes Super Stearman, or Seagul Decathlon.

I'm not excited about doing an arf as they don't require enough effort for a winter build.
