    Greetings,

Could someone please tell me what the fuel consumption at full power is for K170 Kero-Start? I use a 100-oz tank and like to know how long the flight can SAFELY be?

    Many thanks in advance.

Obviously depends on how you have your throttle...., and 100oz isn't a whole lot for engine of this size, but I think you could safely start with your timer at 4 minutes, good luck!

Thanks B I didnt notice with the new website update the fuel rates are not on it yet. If it helps I have the same turbine and my F-16 holds just a little over 100 oz, at full burn the engines flamed out in 3min and 37sec I set my timer for 4 minutes and by the time I land my 2 saddle tanks are empty and I just start to burn the main. I flew almost 6 mins this past weekend and landed with the main about half. I dont fly full throttle much but I do have a second timer on my radio so when the throttle is at 80+ percent it starts just in case i feel like turning and burning

NP, its killing me having to wait on pulling the trigger on those twin 180s for the F-14 Having to put the jet building on hold till after the deployment. I am bored silly, nothing to work on, the f-16 is flying great and that 170 has yet to not start (knock on wood)
Oh I forgot to mention the 170 has a better burn rate than my last turbine, which is a nice surprise since the F-16 doesn't have a large fuel capacity.
