Status: offline 		Back in September, I lost my Skymaster ViperJet at the Super Jets South event due to spot weld failure on the tailpipe. I sent several photos to Anton and John at Skymaster and they immediately agreed to replace all Skymaster supplied products. Today, the DHL driver delivered the replacement ViperJet.

My belief is that Skymaster is a stand up company in replacing the kit and accessories as others may have shrugged their shoulders and done nothing. Thank you Anton and John for your quick response and customer support!

Status: offline 		I couldn't agree more, I receently lost my A10, the thread is there to be read.
They said they would replace the airframe and they did.

It arrived a couple of days ago and it was packaged properly, they had put bags
arround the model and injected expanding foam, result, no damage.

Unfortunately your still out your building time and effort and equipment loss due to crash damage.
