i have heard people state that they have king motors bajas that have been missing a bearing but after doing some searching I couldnt find out definatly where the bearing was missing from.. I have heard a few different places like gear box or differential.. I have one of these & would just like a heads up on where to keep an eye out for trouble..

Thanks

The main spurgear shaft is we're the so called missing bearing goes,

Looking at the Baja from the back,

The spurgear shaft exits the right hand side of the transmission,
If you look just were it exits the transmission there will be a rubber dust seal fitted,

If split the transmission and pull the spacer from Behind the dust seal there is a space to install a bearing,

It's really not required as there is a bearing on the left side of the shaft, and then at the other end beside the spurgear,

The original hpi Baja had this bearing missing also, not sure about the later models.
