Hello All,

Just looking to get some input on what connector to use?

I have always used deans ultra's. but now see they have a low amp rating for higher power systems.

I am just finishing up a build (Associated TC5) and wanting some input of what connector to use for ESC and Battery.

I see they have the EC5 connector but dont like how big it is, EC3 connector, or the XT60 Connector

I will be running a 120a Xerun, sky lipo 4400mah 2s  40c, and a Tacon 3930kv BL Motor

The battery  can deliver 176 max amps,
Motors max current is 72 Amps,
ESC is 120amps continous 760amp bursts

Any Input would be great!

The only xt60 are yellow that I'm aware of. The blue ec connectors are just a different design. HXT are another different design. There all pretty good. I wish I knew the current for all the different ec ones though.

I use the XT60 connectors and they so far are working out great. I have replaced all of my Deans connectors with the XT60 connectors!

The XT60 connectors are so much easier to disconnect than the Deans, main reason why I switched over!

I had a lot of trouble with Deans being hard to connect and disconnect. read somewhere that a swipe of vaseline helps. Tried it and have to agree. It makes a world of difference.
