Wonderful work. How close will you be getting to Louisville? I am hoping to see it in the air and maybe get some stick time on it. Your friend "Tom"

Billy,
The engine and the rest of the parts look good!

Did you use Joey's laser to cut those parts out? ......Barry and I used Joey and his laser to cut out our Ziroli Stuka kits, he really does a great job

I cant wait to see the rest of the build! Keep gluing!

HPA

Day six, Today I built the Push Tubes with adjusting nuts on both ends , Yokes for the Rockers , Cylinder block guides for push tubes ! Assembled and adjusted all 18 push tubes. There are over 200 bolts and nuts in this engine so far !!!!,When you slowly Rotate Engine the weight of the push tubes make the rockers look like they are opening the Valves ! they click open and closed when I rotate it slowly . Also I have the first thin cote of glass on the engine ! Still not bad for SIX DAYS !!!!!!!!!!

I love it when I work third Shift !!!! Still Day seven ! Fiberglass resin dry , it took very little clean up . I put Primer on it at 8.00 tonight....after a hour and a half , I was able to put the base coat of Flat black on the Engine . this will help with the weatherd look when I paint the engine Silver ! Also Before I quit for the night , I built 9 Spark Plugs for the simulated Ignition , and yes each plug has two copper wire leads on them ....... I think tomorrow will be the last Day on this 1/2 Scale Sopwith camel Clerget Radial Engine build ! ........
