Status: offline 		 I would like to know if there is a way to rate a member if I had to cancel sale to issue a refund,  But after I did the buyer changed their mind and kept the product.

I tried to revive the ad but I was not allowed to re accept the offer or rate the buyer anymore.
Its not a problem if I cannot,  Just asking if it's possible.

Status: offline 		Once an offer is rejected or marked Transaction Incomplete, no ratings can be posted. Only transactions which are recorded on the site as having taken place can receive a rating. If an offer is rejected or marked Transaction Incomplete, it is the same as if no transaction took place.

However, in this case it appears there was in fact a completed transaction since the buyer has the product and has decided to keep it.

If you will PM me the ad # and let me know which offer should be marked Accepted (if there are multiple offers on the ad), I can change it back to Accepted for you.
