If you can't login, you can do a couple of things:
1. Go to the home page of the site (click on the RCU logo). Under the login box, click the lost login link. We will email your login to the address submitted. REMEMBER, everytime you submit a request for your login, the system assigns you a new temporary password. Your email box will fill up with passwords and you won't know which one works. So BE PATIENT and wait for your email.
If, your email is shown to not be in the database, send an email to login@rcuniverse.com.
2. If you have the correct username and password combo, but the system logs you out after the first page or so, CHECK YOUR COOKIES and make sure they are turned on. To do this go to the "Options" item in the Tools menu of I.E. or the "Preferences" item of the "Edit" menu in Netscape.
