You can control the flow of emails that stem from subscribed posts or private messages by adjusting your settings:

Click the SETTINGS button icon top right in the forums. Then on the settings page click the Thread Subscriptions/MyForums link . On this page you can adjust all your email subscriptions for threads and forums.
