Graph Tech RC makes the finest carbon fiber landing gear and wheel pants you can get. I've used their wheel pants and landing gear and the overall quality is great. BUT, I ordered a set of wheel pants back in October, was promised delivery 2 different times, and now nearly 2 months later, they are not answering the phone or responding to emails. Does anyone know what's happened?

For years I bought all there stuff too but the last time I ordered their carbon gear the delivery was very late and what I finally received was nothing but junk and I wound up tossing a brand new $200.00 gear in the trash and ordering one from Pilot R/C. The Pilot stuff is fantastic quality.

Just heard from Mike at Graph Tech. He said that they had experienced a huge increase in sales due to the poor quality of some of the chinese imports. He's currently remaking some of the molds. I've never had anything but great success with them. Did you try to send it back? Just curious.

BTW - love your signature line. I think I stole mine from you!!

I placed an order with Graph Tech and made payment by PayPal on December 28th. I haven't received anything from them and no responses to e-mails requesting my order's status.

Good luck. I'm losing confidence that they are taking care of business like they used to. I'm growing increasingly intolerant of companies, large or small, that don't communicate with their customers. Seems like we are in the midst of a phenomenon that is part and parcel with the groing technology age. Businesses are depending on technology to address all their issues and there are simply somethings that must be handled the old fashioned way - talking.

I plan to try phoning them on Monday (the 14th) and see if I can reach them and get an answer. If that's not fruitful, I will go to PayPal and request a refund. I've never had to do that before, so I am not sure exactly what to do, but I will try. It is very frustrating because I have had nothing but good business dealings with Graph Tech in the past.

My last experience with them was good even though I didn't get what I ordered. They didn't charge my credit card before shipping and since they didn't ship, it never got charged. AND, they finally contacted me. Maybe they really are just going through a business cycle. I'm still growing intolerant of this type poor business.

I've been in contact with both Brian and Mark at Graph Tech. They assure me that all is well and that they are busier than they have ever been. Actually hiring new staff to keep up with the business. You shouldn't have any trouble getting through to them. If you have an issue let me know. Not that I have any kind of pull, just that they replied to me twice to me today. I plan to be ordering from them very soon.

I called on Monday the 14th and, after the phone rang ten times, I got their answering machine. I left my cell phone number for a return call, but haven't gotten a call yet. I just want to know the status of an order I've already paid for via PayPal. My customers want to know where their landing gear are and I can't tell them anything.
