We have incorporated all Karma ratings into the current site!
Here's how it works on the new site:
1. To give someone a rating, you MUST have engaged in a transaction with that individual. This is the ONLY way to ensure that people giving YOU ratings are folks you have dealt with in the market. This is a "closed loop" system.
2. In order to be considered by the system as someone who you have "dealt" with, you must either receive an offer or bid through the system or made an offer or bid through the system. Although bids MUST come through the system, often times offers go outside the system. In cases like this, we are building in the capability of the system to allow you to select a fellow member's username from a list (the current system only shows a list of individuals who made offers).
3. To see someone's ratings, you can:
- Click the user's name in any marketplace item listing
- Click a user's name in any post and then click the Karma link in his profile
