Tota newbie to electric. Purchases a Hyperion EOS6061i charger at the swap. Came with three balance boards but nothing my Life 2100mah 6.6V batteries will plug into. The battery balance plug has only 3 pins and non of the boards have only thee pins. Four or more. What to do?

Does the charger itself have a 3 pin balance plug on it? You might have to just go without balance charging it until you can find a board with 3 pins.

Your Hyp charger probably came with HYP balance board and 2-4s use the same white plastic housing. You will need to get the right board OR change your battery over to Hyp tap. It's hard to tell without seeing it or knowing the brand of battery , but my guess is that you need XH.

Yeah, I bought this Hyperion charger and it came with these boards. One is marked hyperion and has inputs for 2,3,4,5 and 5 cell
The fewest pins are 4 even on the two cell location.
Same with other board that says thunderpower, flight power on it. Still no 3 pin inputs.
My batteries I just purchased are the LiFe brand from Hobbico. They have a 3 pin balance plug thats slightly different than any of the options I have on these boards.
Guess I will try calling Hyperion service? Thanks

The TP should have 3 and 4 pin plugs , but they are different pin spacing anyways and a different latch. Your Hobbico Batts use XH style taps. They are the most popular.
