Thanks guys. I'm going with a spool for this one. I may eventually machine an actuall diff..
Yeah mudgy I did make a sheet metal one a few years ago.. It was made from 1/8" steel and weighed a ton and wasn't precise at all.. This one is very precise I have about 0.0003 tolerance and that's just because I got about 0.0001 backlash on X&Y I got backlash compensate dialed in in mach3 but I'm still out 0.0001 no biggie..

Thanks.. Yeah this fabricated Rearend should make the Beretta look like its all business from the rear view.. That one you built looks pretty cool man.. The other one I built wasn't actually made from thin sheet metal. It was built from 1/8" steel,, I attached a few pics of both..

hi , the steel one looks tuff, mine was made out of 2mm sheet cut and tacked on a jig, runs pretty true but weighs a ton

I recently purchased some decent shocks for the Beretta. The shorter ones which I'll use on the rear are
Ready to be bolted on.. Once I get the Rearend done. The longer ones I'll use as struts on the front, I'm going to
Remove the lower spring and machine a sleeve that will secure the spindle and brake caliper mounting bracket.
