Very nice Clark! I'm very tempted to used the Tamiya kv electronics currently in mine for something else and drop on of your boards in.

Every Clark board is capable of this real recoil. It is quite nice. All you do is mode the mechanism to accept a servo and then plug it into the Clark Board.

Hi, Richard,

As you can see at the begging of video, this modification is very simple, remove gears and motor from original recoil unit, fix a 9g servo at the end of recoil unit, use 3mm metal wire as linkage between servo arm and TF4 part, and then plug servo to RealRecoil port. you don't worry the swing direction of servo because it can be set by tank personalization function on TK board.

Here is another video with more clear view of modification.

Here is a example of modification on HL recoil unit for your refence

Here we use servo recoil on 1/25 Panther

you could use a servo saver used in cars.. There is quite some stress on servo..
