Status: offline 		 My wife decided to get me an ABC Hobby classic Skyline body from toysonics.com. She placed the order December 7th and the website promised her shipping for Christmas... She even payed extra for it to be shipped in 6-10 days. Well needless to say it hasn't arrived yet, and when she called them today they said that is was being shipped today. So when she asked for a refund on the express order the guy cancelled the order on her and hung up on her. She tried to call back again and was promptly hung up on again. 

As this gift was to be a surprise for me for christmas, she didn't want to tell me about it until this happened. So I called to talk to the guy and he said he didnt have time to talk to me and the order was already cancelled. I said to him not to worry and just ship it out either way. He then told me it would be 20 more days before it got here, so I said ok ship it, but we're not paying the extra $30 for the express shipping. He got mad for no reason and said that they didn't have it in stock and said "I'm too busy for this... the order is cancelled" and hung up. 

Not that this was my only Christmas gift, but I have wanted this for a while and its quite a bummer.. anyways-

So I emailed ABCHobbyUSA.com that day and told them about our experience, and to my surprise I received a response right away! Turns out when my wife tried to order the body off of their website the form wouldn't allow her to ship to Canada, but they were more than happy to help us out:

Hello James
 
I am so sorry,  its bad situation ...
  I can not say anything about that store.
 
BUT,  I support you and your wife.  
We have SKYLINE BODY set only 2 left   I already hold 1 for you now.
 
What should I do?
Do you want to order to us?  I can ship it to you now.
 ( When your wife asked us about shipping to CANADA?   We never answer "We can not ship to CANADA"  NEVER.  we can ship any products to any country )
