It is a Wildcat Circuit 10. That "thing" hanging off the back is the gearbox and on the very end is a cone for using an electric starter, like a plane.
There's a lot of corrosion on the aluminum parts though. This one might be only be good for parts.

Status: offline 		I wasnt being harsh, just said it looks pretty beastly compared to todays buggies but it is a nice find. They originally came out in the early 80's, like 80 or 81. Was a great kit then. you might be able to sand blast that corrosion off the aluminum/metal parts. Who knows, it might be a fun restoration project.
