I have some growth in my metal container maybe the trick is not to store it but mix what you need then use it.

Hi all, containers do not make any differance, they must be kept full with no air inside, growth in fuel is caused by water which will be in the bottom of container so sypfon off and discarde bottom 1 inch, threat with anti fungal addative regards Keith

Store it at a constant temperature if possible. Raise the containers above the concrete floor.
