First Flight Yak 54...50cc. The 55DLE was the star of the day,ran perfect fro min one. After firing her up a stood for 1/4 tank just wanting to adjust the needles, but the top end was screaming, mid range had no burble and the idle was low and perfect.........transition was vary snappy after long low idles. Finally one of the older gas experts came out and removed the long screw driver from my mouth that I was dyeing to use, and told me to fly the d_m thing. I did, 3 tanks later she was still running and flying vary well.

The only fault was a lost tail wheel spring.... hear are a couple of picks,I always do after not turning her into tooth picks..............she is still a little tail heavy as you can see from her trim........her heavy tail caused me to go Old school (3) 6V 5 cell cads (2) 1900ma and(1) 1600ma NoBs packs all in the engine box behind fire wall with the tank. I even used a vary heavy prop spinner.......17.6 lb . 3D folk might like her balance point but I had to up my expo to 60% to calm down my thumbs.........could add some lead and go back to my normal 35% stick. Hate adding dead lead!!!!!!!!!but with my flying style it might be called for.
