Status: offline 		... to John at Product Support. I had a long and productive conversation with him today, regarding my new 12Z radio. I'm no newbie to Futaba 'puter radios (I have two 9Zs, and the 12Z interface is similar) but I was TOTALLY clueless regarding the details of 2.4 gHz.

My bride surprised me with this radio for an Xmas present; and after a bit of research, I was about to send it back. Seemed that there was MUCH more to 2.4 than I first thought; more, in fact, than I wanted to mess with.

John patiently gave me a basic primer on 2.4, and I decided to keep the thing and give it a shot.

John is the 12Z go-to guy there; and he definitely earns his pay.
