I have a normal RC car, not like Trazzas or other, just RAstar's. Okay, I have run it on the sand and the sand get in to the rear wheels. So when it is driving, the wheels is unsmooth. I tried rolling those wheels to get the sand out, but it stills in.

Please help me get the sand out

Status: offline 		Cut 4 small holes in the middle of the tread equal distance around the tire.

The sand is getting inside from the vent hole in the inside of the rim.

Status: offline 		Drilling holes into rubber is very hard, it never looks neat. I had great success using a hole punch, but u need to have the tyre off the rim

if you use a dremel with a router bit at full speed it should be pretty easy, and neat as its just melting the plastic away not actually drilling.

I tryed a grinding bit, It was a royal pain in the butt to get the holes to a decent size, ill it did really was fill my gringing bit up with rubber

now come to think of it, there is a drill for rubber, we use to use one for drilling out a real car tyre before fitting pucher repair plugs to a leaky tubeless tyre

mind u, u will never get the hole as perfect using a drill compared to a leather hole punch

When the bit clogs I just ram it onto the edge of my desk (yes my desk looks like crap, but hey its a 22 year old pressed wood desk thats beat up to high hell), and that cleans it off pretty quick
Actually just used my bit to drill through plexi glass the other day. I've yet to shatter a piece this way where with drill bits I'd shatter em 95% of the time

Don't recommend trying it with a metal cutting carbide(I think thats what it is) bit as those do clog up pretty nasty and are a pain to clean
