Status: offline 		 I have a msr and was looking at getting 9958 for my daughter to learn on. How does the 9958 compare to the msr.

Status: offline 		I have two 9958s and one msr. The msr seems easier to fly and trims out better with my dx6i. The 9958s seem a little more twitchy.  The 9958s are affordable and seem as durable as the msr.  Since you can get two 9958s for about the same price as a msr, I think the 9958s are a nice starter package.  Just help your daughter by getting them trimmed and use them in the beginner mode at the start.  The beginner mode seems to be about 80 percent of the full mode.
