a kill switch is the first thing you need to buy and install...
once the motors are tuned they stay tuned, not like a nitro, so if down the road it starts losing tune don't fiddle with the needles...it'll be something else. make sure the gas cap has good venting, buddie's 5 here had a plugged hole so started starving of fuel and running lean...best option is to vent the cap with a dubro barb fitting and a piece of looped fuel line.
other than that you should be good...i personally would check all the screws, nuts and bolts etc are tight and anything in alloy is loctited

tune pipe
and servo upgrade because standard steering servo is crap way under powered they get hot and slow down and then stop
engine outerwares
kill switch as stated above
also the air filter can be tricky to get to seal right use grease between the filter foam and the housing

I've heard of a few issues with the stock fuel and vent lines letting air in the system throwing off the tune and making starting difficult.

for servos you can stick with a 6 volt system the hs-5808mg is a direct fit
ir if you got to a lipo 2s battery you can use the high voltage savox servos
the losi pipe works great on the stock motor it is a little loud tho
