Towerhobbies.com would be a good place to start.

The parts listing for the OS 46 FX is here: http://osengines.com/parts/xr15460.html

You can also go to your local hobby shop and see if they carry misc. engine parts or look on ebay.

Me, if it doesn't feel gritty when turning it over with a few drops of oil in it, I'd throw it on the engine test stand and run it. Then evaluate its condition. I'm confident that you would have a ready-to-fly engine after a few minutes of running.

Marvel mystery oil is no better/different than kerosene; but it isn't my engine or time.

I use o-rings from the mom and pop hardware store. They work just fine and are a heck of a lot cheaper than anything you get at the hobby shop or tower. Take the old orings with and match them up. Easy peasy. There again, it ain't my engine, time, or pocketbook. Have fun.

It's getting to the point that you can't trust any information you get in the forums.        Everything that was advised was WRONG ! ! !

10wksport gave the  correct  information.

Rubbish!

Kerosene used as described above is an excellent solvent to prepare any model engine for reuse. Where did you get your expertize, certainly not in the real world.

I like Marvel Air Tool Oil. George Aldrich told me about it years ago and it works fine and doesn't inhibit diesels from starting like some after-run oils do.

We aren't talking about Diesels in this thread though.

Well, it works on glow engines too. It's just that I've had some experience with diesels not wanting to fire with certain oils used to keep them free. Many of us have glo and diesels.

Lots of mixed advice here. If it turns over and is not locked up, I personally would not take it apart as you might cause more problems than you need. You said it was low time so its unlikely to have a lot of gummy deposits. I'd clean the dust off and hook it up to a tank either on an engine stand or on a plane and run it. A bit of fuel down the plug hole and down the carb will give it a nice wet start for its rebirth. Welcome back to the hobby and enjoy yourself!

I would go along with the last poster.  I squirt a bit of fuel on the front bearing and in the carb to get things nice and wet, then tilt the plane so the extra dirty fuel dribbles out of the muffler (and on the carpet).  Then if things feel free and not gritty, I fire it up.  I have had planes sitting for 35 years and do this with no ill effects yet. If things aren't feeing free or seem gritty, then disassembly is in order as maybe the bearings have rusted or something else. You may get a few more pages of help here as everyone has different ideas.
