Just picked up a used one, looks to be in good condition, included a new gasket set and throttle arm.   From what I read so far, its a tricky micky to get setup, fuel system needs to be tight and setup just right. So regarding the fuel, will 15% Nitro Wildcat be OK for this beast?  It will be inverted in one of 3 planes, depends on which one I want to put it in. I have a DLE20, XYZ 20 and this new one,  going into a 4*120, TF Gold P-51 and TF Gold F4U.   Anything else I should consider on this?

The fuel should contain at least 20% oil. It will run on 15% nitro but the tune will be a bit easier on 20+ nitro. I run 30/20 in mine.
Tune it upright if you can and be sure the LS is just right so that when inverted, you don't get a cylinder full of fuel.
There ae no issues to running it inverted except that you will need to keep a close eye on the diaphragm and plunger.
If they get dirty or need replaced, you will flood the engine with fuel. It's a good idea to let the pressure off the fuel tank when you are done flying with it mounted inverted. Remember that the fuel tank carries about 7PSI.

How is the power compared to the DLE20?

Similar. The YS 110 is just a bit more power than a Saito 125 which is slightly less than a DLE20

I found out the mount is identical to the Magnum 91.   About a /12 pound more in weight though.  So choice is to use it in either the Corsair or the chipmunk.
