We broke in the new car and followed directions to the T.

It ran for a couple days no issue, and today, it no longer starts

We notice that when we prime the fuel by putting a finger over the exhaust, that the fuel no longer travels to the carb.

We pulled off the high speed needle and noticed that it has to line up perfectly. We tried every angle but no dice.

We put a little fuel in the carb directly and it fires up, then dies. I think it is not pulling fuel.

Its our first time with a RC car. Any thoughts.

not sure what you mean when you say " high speed needle and noticed that it has to line up perfectly. We tried every angle but no dice."
but if you are having trouble screwing it in, then the threads could be damaged and there could be bits in the carb blocking fuel from getting in.
Id take the carb off the truck, fully disassble it and clean it.

turned the LSN out two turns using 1/4 increments, but still will not start after 50+ cranks

i am guessing there is something in the carg clogging it.

never pulled it before as i'm a noob just pull that one 6mm bolt and ite carb should pop off, hopefully

on most you just have to loosen the nut and the carb can be pulled off. The throttle linkage has to come off as well.
but you must have either damage to the carb or something stuck inside it.

Ummm.....some other thoughts.  Did you check the fuel tank to make sure it is sealed i.e. no cracks and check the the line from the muffler to the tank for air leaks.
