Hey Forum!

The first boat i found was this
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__11240__Genesis_Offshore_Brushless_RC_Twin_Hull_1045mm_.html

Can anyone recommend this? or something else?

- The boat has to be from a shop within EU

I do not have this boat but it looks decent for it's price. I have a smaller CAT from HK and it works just fine. Another thing to think about is boats from overseas come with metric parts and hardware so be prepared to get your spares overseas. I have 3 RC boats from overseas and I like them all. I can find most stuff on Ebay or from off shore electric. Two of my boats did need some minor repairs/upgrades when I got them. Another thing is if there is a return it's a pain. One of my boats came with a bent shaft and they did not have any spares. I ended up finding a better replacement at a cheaper price on Ebay. Try http://www.nitrorcx.com/electricboats.html I own the Shark 650EP (added a Turingy 60A ESC and Turingy 2900kv motor) as well as the P1 ARPRO (also added a 2900kv motor) and both boats are great for the price. If you need any advice feel free to PM me.

Most people end up re-powering those HK Genesis cats, either because of lack of performance with the stock setup or trying to get a bit more speed out of it and burning something up.
Not much of a bargain if you end up sinking another couple hundred into it!
Save up some more money and get one of the cats from Proboat, you'll be happier in the end. I have an Aquacraft Motley Crew and don't really recommend it. Proboat stuff is now a little higher quality than Aquacraft. The last few releases from AQ have had an extremely thin hull layup, they don't stand up to much abuse at all.
All the boats at that price point are built to a level of quality that an accountant allows, they all have areas they could be improved upon but the price would go up.
In my books the biggest bonus to the Proboat stuff is the Spektrum radio system.
