Looks like there is finally STARTING to be some options for this size turbine. I have a Wren MW54 with about 5.5kg thrust that is sitting around doing nothing.

Thanks

This is awesome.. So many options for 6kg turbines now..

Not everybody wants 16kg turbine jets!!

Would really like a 6kg Mig 15 and my other favourite is an F-14 Tomcat similar size to the YA one.. Twin 6kg turbines would be very cool..

Very nice little 6kg turbine you have there..

I currently have three 6kg size jets in different stages .. Easy to transport and simple to setup.. No powerboxes and any added complexity like that needed..

YA F/A-18, BVM F-16 and a JHH Mirage..

yes, I'd like this small airplanes because you don't need to spend a lot of money in servos and batteries.
But a'd like to see others smalls airplanes like Hawker Hunter, Vampire, Alpha Jet or T-37.

Great List there SJN!

I have been looking at Salamanders for a while so the PAF one is interesting! looking at it, it seems very similar to the Century jet offering??? A splash of the CJM? I also found that someone called MPItec was doing a kit of the He-162 in 1:3.5 scale but seems to have disappered?

Thanks

dave

The Avonds F-104 is also rated for 5kg to 12kg turbine:
http://www.avonds.com/F-104G.htm

And the F-16
http://www.avonds.com/F-16A.htm

Old F-15 kit
http://www.avonds.com/F-15C.htm

You just have to build them light......and dont go overboard on scale details

The composite ARF Rookie`s also fly well on 6 kg turbines.

I recently bought a very used one for my second hand Simjet 1200.
