 hrey guys i just bought a rc18t it looks sweet and im sure its fun unfortunately it doesnt respond to the remote or move at all or even sound like its turning on  like my traxxas. it has a novak xlr on it and it lights up but nothing else i wired in the stock esc and it started moving forward at top speed and no controller response then it began smoking. so what do you guys think the issue could be?

the ESC is fried

here's the thing when swapping radios, and esc's you have to calibrated the ESC to the new radio.
make sure you wire the ESC to channel 2 also. one of the other member the other day said his went full blast turns out he had it on channel 1

alright sweet thanks! im getting a old novak for it foro 1/10 scale the same one thats on my rustler i think should work fine right?
