Status: offline 		I Just want to say that Horizon Hobby has the best customer support of any company in the hobby! I very rarely have to use the customer support option provided by most companies, but when I do its nice to have such great people to deal with. I recently performed a recommended repair per Horizon's instructions, a bulletin was sent out on the Hangar 9 Extra 260 wing failure. Ive had one of these kits on the shelf for some time and decided to put it together, while performing the repair, as per their instructions, my wing tube was permanently glued into the wing. After some inspection I determined the wing tube socket had small holes where it was laid up and this allowed glue to enter the joint effectivley glueing the tube in the socket.

Well I decided to call Horizon, not really expecting much, I knew the kit had been discontinued. I was only on the phone with them for 5 minutes and was told they would be sending me a new updated wing set and tube.
I was told I would receive them in four days time, great customer service and fast shipping! What a great way to do business!
