Status: offline 		I discovered that one of my older Spektrum AR9000 receivers didn't have the latest firmware updates. I also had a satellite receiver with a damaged antenna.

Day 1(Friday): Mailed to Horizon
Day 4 (Monday): Receieved Horizon email acknowleging receipt.
Day 5 (Tuesday): Email from Horizon that the receivers were shipped
Day. 8 (Friday): Package arrived.

One week from being mailed to receiving the items back from Horizon Support.

Status: offline 		Hobby King is so inexpensive that you don't normally need service, just throw the offending part away and buy a new one, but make sure it is in a warehouse in the country you are in or it could take a long time to get to you.
