i have a concept 30 that i bought a few months ago having a hard time finding parts for, it looks to all be there except the rotor blades and it has a different canopy. Does anyone know where i can get parts? Also i may sell it if anyone has one and needs one for parts. Thanks

Getting parts is tough these days and getting a set of rotor blades that are 505mm long with 8mm roots is almost impossible.

I bought my SX in 1990 and flew it up to about 10 years ago when i had a battery failure which damaged it quite badly. I have spent the last few years gathering parts together to repair it one last time, simply because of the problem your having now.

You dont say if your an experienced heli flyer or not, i'm guessing you are as learning to fly using the concept is not going to work

I did a little rebuild here that may interest you - http://www.rcaircraftonline.co.uk/showthread.php?6842-Another-vintage-Restoration

Which concept do you have ?

I learned how to fly on one ages ago, it was a good helicopter in its day but as you know, don't break it.

As BH says, it really was a good helicopter in it's day. The DX was probably the sweetest hovering helicopter ever ! with only the multi thousand $ F3C machines out-doing it !!!

If it was me, i would keep it till you have mastered the basics then bring it out on those lazy summer evenings for some gentle relaxing flying.
Good luck on whatever you decide.
