I ordered some glue from the Hong Kong warehouse on the 8th and it looks like it will be here today. It did take a few days for the Hong Kong post to get it on the plane but considering it's coming from China it's not too bad of a time frame. Could be that whatever you ordered is still on back order.

2-4 weeks have been normal for me because i usually pick the cheapo shipping. I wouldn't doubt they just let it sit for a week before shipping it just so they can charge a little more for the quicker shipping. lol

I ordered two of HK's Nanotech 3S 5000 mah 45c packs last week. I understood these batteries were backordered at the US warehouse, but placed the order anyways. Still no word on my order being filled, but they were kind enough to charge my card for the full amount. If this is how HK does business, they have just lost my business for any future orders.Basically, they have taken an interest free loan with the promise of eventually shipping my product. Every other company ive dealt with will merely hold your card info, and will only charge the account when the product ships.

HK shipping seems to be slow at best. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, it seems that packages to my part of the world always take at least two weeks to arrive and in a couple of cases, it was almost a month. Heavier or larger packages seem to take longer than smaller ones. To be fair though, at least I have always got the packages and everything has arrived in good condition. If one is selective about what you buy from HK, they can be a very good vendor.

hi all this is my first post. i too have ordered from hobby king and they are slow as ever even from the usa store. i paid for 2 day shipping at the usa warehouse and my package took over 5 days to get here. they charge your card right away  and take yor money. my order said processing for 3 days i actually had to contact customer support to manually have my order marked paid. had i not do that i may have never gotten my package. quality is good i can give them that but customer service sucks. i have had 2 bad experiences with them. one was the situation i just explained the other was when an item was in stock , i paid for it and again my order said processsing for 4 days when their site claims your order will switch to paid in 10 mins. not the case anywho by the time they charged my card the item went into backorder. i was likethe hell with this give me store credit please wich i have not used yet

I placed an order through their global site on February 28. They gave me a shipment sent notice on March 4. Postal tracking on the 12th says that it left Singapore on the 11th.
As of today it is lost somewhere in Canada Customs. Could take another week to appear in the postal system . The Last 2 Letters on your tracking # will tell you which post office its being shipped from.

Took about 4 weeks to Canada a few weeks ago - new year related??
Latest orders are taking about 2 weeks which is faster than normal.  They are showing shipped within 24 hours also, which is better than the 3-4 days previously.

BTW a former CBSA person tells me "Customs" very seldom delayed a package.  Canada Post people held a lot until Friday so that they could supervise "Customs" over the weekend at time and a half.  Sounds possible!

I'm pretty sure USPS doesn't do that.

Overall I think they(HK) are catching up to their backlog.

It is slow, i have been waiting three weeks now and the tracking still shows it has cleared the sort facility. It is ok if you are not needing what you order immediately.

The last two orders have been from the USA warehouse, Washington State. I live in central California. Both have arrived in four days. That is order Tuesday night on the sofa and I have it Saturday AM. Monday night arrived on Friday. The US mail express is about the same price as regular post. They are the FASTEST shipping of anyone I deal with. If you like waiting go ahead and back order stuff from China. Buying batteries from overseas throws a wrench in the works so, do not do that if you are in a hurry. It also costs a lot more for shipping from China. Why do that?
