    Status: offline     		I just got the volcano epx pro. Charged the battery (8 hours) programmed the esc and toke it out. When I hit the gas full throttle it cuts in and out. I think that it's the battery or the esc but don't really know any help would be great. Thanks to all

    could be a defective battery. do you have another model to test it with? or another charger to charge it with?

    Is this a brushless truck?
    Were you using a NIMH battery?

    Status: offline     		yes it is brushless. I'm using NIMH battery now because that's what came with it. Only had it for about two days. My first electronic I have always had gas.

    Status: offline     		II asked about the being brushless and having a nimh battery because I had a similiar issue last year with an rc. I got an Exceed RC Rally Monster, the brushless edition, which also shipped with an included nimh battery. I charged it once the truck was unboxed. I then took it for a test run and it did the same. I later found out that the truck (esc) was pre-programmed for lipo mode)

    Hope this helps, perhaps nitrosportsandrunner can help you with programming the esc if thats the case.
