ORIGINAL: Dias. BEVRC - DISHONEST STORE After 3 exhausting months trying to solve a problem with BEVRC about an old UHF system they used to sell, I decided to expose the dishonest attitude of this store.
The problem. I had the old ChainLink UHF system and since I started to use it I was having problems with my video link, my servos and my rc radio. It took me some months to isolate the source of all three problems, which later I found was the UHF system. All three problems had their origin in the UHF module, I proved with videos posted on youtube and showed to bevrc. The offer On november/9th, bevrc offered me a refund if I returned the product. They also said that it´s been more than a year, but they would refund me anyway. At that time, considering the their good will, I was decided to purchase the EZUHF from them. I informed that I´d rather receive store credits instead of a refund to my credit card.
RMA 126 (return merchandise authorization number) So, I returned the UHF to China on november/13th. Tracking number: CP287216493BR
The tracking system informs that the package was received at destination on november/28th, but people from bevrc kept saying that the parcel was not delivered. Ok, this is not something uncommon, that´s why I contacted my local post office and tried to keep talking to bevrc. Well, my local post office informed me after a week that maybe the parcel was delivered to the wrong address, but it was delivered.
I decided I´d not keep waiting and then I purchased the EZUHF from then, paid and waited for the shipping confirmation. Well, for some unknown reason they held my order, about three days later I sent a message asking when they would ship it, got no answer; asked again, no answer, one more time, no answer. They didn´t answer my messages, deleted my requests and made the on-line chat unavailable for me. I was tired of being ignored, so I contacted Paypal hoping the store would finally provide an explanation for the lack of support. For my surprise, they did not bother answering, the deadline expired and Paypal automatically refunded me. I just purchased the EZUHF from ReadyMadeRC.
Well, this took me really a long time, many messages, e-mails, about 7 open requests with their helpdesk to finally understand that they probably had my package but decided not to replace or refund me as promised before. I have to say that I really insisted and was pissed off by the end when my requests were not answered and then deleted. I tried to talk to Mr. Wee (owner) without success, I sent messages to the facebook, youtube account, the e-mail provided by Paypal but nothing worked.
Broken deal At the beginning of this month they informed that my parcel was delivered, I then asked for a refund as they promised . Well, this was the ''polite'' answer:

The guy swears that they did not offer a refund, here is the proof:

After showing them that, I even asked for my old UHF, just return it for me. I got absolute silence.

Conclusion Lost US$:200.00 + shipping and spent about 3 months arguing for nothing.
If you buy from them and the product is fine, you´ll be ok. If not, you still have Paypal to protect your money. But if you need customer support ... (accept the chances and they´re not in our favor) It sounds like what happened was that the package didn't get delivered to the correct address in China at first. By the time it did, you had already ordered another one. The deal was for you to send in the old one and they would send you a new one. That and your many e-mail demands pissed them off and they didn't want to give you anything then. You could tell in that first e-mail they send you, even with the broken English. To them, it is a lot cheaper to just replace your broken unit with a new one. However, for them to just refund your money for one purchased at full retail or whatever selling price they are using costs them much more than it cost them to produce. This makes sense from the stand point of a manufacturer in business. That's why you got the response you did, in my opinion. They sound like a pretty good company to me actually. Next time I would just give it a little more time before you go off the handle. I always find that if I'm extra nice, even if it seems a little much, I get the best results in the end.
