Status: offline 		Here is my monster beetle I bought new back in 88-89. I've been slowly upgrading (and fixing) it over time. I recently installed these reproduction decals from ebay, they aren't perfect but I lost the originals many years ago. The speed controller is also somewhat new.

Probably the next thing I should look at upgrading is the stock hex drive shafts. 

The front KC lights and driver are also missing. The horizontal brace between the body mounts has been broken/repaired, I noticed someone is reproducing a metal version of this piece. 

The black thing on top of the body is a mount for a gopro camera.
