do you need 4 channels? What are you putting it in?

Is money a big thing here? Are you leaning toward the cheaper one? Spektrum has always been great! I have 2 transmitters and receivers that are Spektrum. I've never owned anything Futaba, errrr...wait, my Evader's transmitter is Futaba. I'd say if you don't plan on putting lights on it, or and extra servo for something, then go with the Spektrum. The Futaba's response time is lacking some, even though it says it's 2.4Ghz.

On the other hand, if you plan to eventually put in an extra servo, it may be worth it to get the Futaba. It really comes down to if you need the 4th channel or not. Do you plan on using it for anything in the future?
