Transmitter, not the receiver,
controls the reverse function, except that with a Polks Hobby Synthesised Seeker 6 ll,
Ch1 is also used as the setup channel and unit may need resetting. To eliminate side issues:

1. Plug existing aileron servo lead into the elevator port on one receiver and check that they alternate forward and reverse
when changed on the TX. This to confirm servo, leads etc are good.
2. Open a new model or reset model memory on one of the Tx, and then check that rudder and elevators can be reversed
back & forth, then try Ch1 and the ailerons again.
(This is a single servo or two on a Y lead- no twin ailerons with a mixed of TX channel 1&5 or 1&6?)
3. The Seeker 6 ll being a programmable receiver may need resetting as per an earlier post
"The Seeker II is the receiver that comes with the Tracker III radio system.
Its dimensions are 2.125" long, 1.5" wide .75" thick and weighs 1.7 ounces.
The Seeker II is an 8 channel receiver that can be used with any FM transmitter using the 72 MHz aircraft frequency on any of the 50 channels.
Programming the receiver is very simple.
Hold down the supplied red set button and turn on the receiver.
The channel one servo will begin to move back and forth in small amounts,
this is the receiver letting you know it's searching for the signal from a transmitter.

Extend the transmitter antenna fully and turn on the transmitter with its antenna 2-6 inches from the receiver.
When channel one servo stops moving the receiver is programmed.
(Takes some time, not instant like modern 2.4Ghz setup)
The receiver will remember this setting even if the battery is unplugged."

Later: Located my copy of Seeker Manual, attached hereto, note the caution
"During Setup, all Ch1 levers (Trims, Dual rates etc) must be at neutral.".
