Yes Bill and anyone else we do allow campers , but there no hook up. If you like I can check on the fair ground which is across the street. I heard from another club member that he has put he 's camper there for other club event and drove his atv to field this way he had hook up.

Bill no we don't have power at the field , but there always some gen. running that hopefully you can plug into. I'll have mine there but it will be in use for the scoring program. Last year there was no problem with power, most of the pilots now day either have a gen. or they charge 4 battery min. to last the 4 round of the first day then they come back 2nd day . Small detail that can be work out .

Jr,

I'm fine the camper has a built-in generator, no problem there. I was just thinking if others might need to charge. I have five new packs now, so I'm good. Thanks for clarifying that.

I will keep this one in mind. I have a close friend in Charlottesville. Might be nice to take a couple of days off, fly in a contest and see good friends. I just don't know what I'll have to fly at that point...

Joe,

It's a great contest. The hotel everyone stays at is less than 100 yards from the field. You can watch out the windows in the back of the hotel people flying. Location is great and JR's club put on a great contest last year,

You're right, Arch. A couple of years ago I wanted to do your contest and it conflicted with the Columbus event, too.

AHHHHH come on Arch we talk about it. Remember that if I wait later in the season (Flying season and CORN season) it become a problem.
Guy's don't get scare the corn will be not be an issue . But if I waited til after Nat's and into Sept then that would be differnt story. Plus I did have cool awards last year right Arch .
