Status: offline 		I have always had good experiences with Tower Hobbies back in my more active modeling days even with a few damaged items. Yesterday I submitted a small order for things I can't get over here and a few hours later I get a $10-dollar-off coupon from them via email. What unlucky timing I thought. I popped off a quick email to Tower asking if they would honor the coupon on the order I submitted and got a reply a few hours later from one of their representatives (Julie) saying they would credit my card. Now that is the kind of service that keeps a customer coming back!

One thing I notice is that their RC Flying selection is less than it was 15 years ago. The catalogs used to have pages and pages of kits but now you can peruse through them fairly quickly. Even the choice of items like props is less these days. Guess they had to cut items to keep their costs low which is understandable. At least they are keeping customers happy in other ways.

Truck ,cars and boats took over........talked to local shop owner he says he makes big margins on trucks,cars and all things electric!!!!!!!!!! just the way progress goes.

Status: online 		Tower is by far not the cheapest, but they instill loyalty into their customers because they place honesty, trust and fairness above making a "fast buck".
Their reputation is worth it's weight in gold.
