Hello

I have a question.

I have scratch build a ziroli p38j with to dle55 engines of witch a have reversed one engine. I bought 20x10x3 props, one left en one right turning. Now it seems that these wooden props are a little bit different one prop is turning 6800rpm and the other about 6500 rpm on the ground. I have individually tuned each engine before setting up the twinsync. What is see are the following problems:

1. Twinsync is syncing both engines but is not doing this fast enough. When flying and giving more throttle one engine revs up faster than the other. You can here this in the video below. Shouldn the twinsync prevent this? When keeping the throttle at the same position the engines will sync fine.
2. Using mpx tiger karbonite servos for the throttle. Sometimes when thottling on the ground the twinsync seems to over/undershoot and the engines begin to mis each others sync point and begin to oscillate. Imhave tried different timing settings with the twinsync switch on pos. 4 but no luck.

I am about to dump this twinsync in the trashbin...

Can somebody help me?

Are the servos true karbonite gears? It is said that karbonite gears should not be used in a gas engine environment. The gears are known to break. Another consideration may be that the servos dont track evenly. A few hundred rpm off is not really a big problem and is pretty normal. My twins rarely track perfect. I've never used a twin sync.
