Looks real good and should be a really nice flying model. After going so far might as well you did a full fuse.

Wow, I haven't seen one of those in years. I've never seen one bigger than a .40, this will be interesting.

Very nice job! Way back, I learned to fly with a BUSA Stick 30. Then built a Stick 40, then a Super Stick. all great flying models. From 1995 to 2005 I took a break from flying. When I started flying again, out came the Stick 40 to brush up with. We used to fly combat with our Sticks, and used them for test beds for new engines. One day I was up way high, lazily playing with thermals, the Stick's engine pulled back to idle. One of the other flyers turned on his radio on my channel, and the stick started a rapid death spiral down to the ground. SMACK! Only damage was the wing was knocked off the fuse, back in the air in a few moments. Very tough aircraft. Good Luck!

Thanks for all the comments. When i finish it, I will post pics of the finished product. I also want to put a smoke system on it. Basicly just a big lazy fun plane to fly. I like to find a model and make a big ridiculous version of it. Not exactly to the tee, but a close look-a- like. Here is a huge pt- 40 I built years ago.....man that thing flew awsome. wingspan was close to 10 feet

Nice plane, I also flew a couple of these in the early days. They are a fast build and fly great.

I will be interested in hearing about your flight, with a converted chainsaw engine and not much fuse, I wonder if you will have sone vibration issues. Be sure to balance your prop well before flying.
